Projects and activities
The municipalities started a project in the field of housing and supported a cheese factory in Dordrecht South Africa and Emalahleni. The Foundation selected projects and activities in the field of education, welfare and health care.
Children make pictures
Children of both the cities of Dordrecht (in South Africa and the Netherlands) make pictures of their daily lives as an expression of how they live. With these pictures the Foundation is going to make an exhibition. This exhibition will be shown to public on several locations in both cities, like schools, libraries and so on.
Support to aids victims
The Foundation supports the activities of the Good Samaritan, a South African organization. One of the aims of this organization is to give support to victimized families and orphans as a consequents of HIV/aids.
Exchange
The Foundation works on exchange projects between the sister-cities in the field of vocational education and theatre.
